UK Delivery
SAME DAY DISPATCH (UK Mainland only) for orders placed before 3pm. Subject to stock, orders will be dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service (next day delivery can be any time up to 5pm). We try our absolute best to have your goods with you as soon as possible and are therefore (depending on size and value of order) sent on a next day courier service.
We will make every effort to despatch goods for a next day delivery (UK Mainland only), however the despatch method may take 3-5 days from date of despatch.
Next Day and Timed deliveries are given in good faith and every effort will be made to meet these despatch requests. However, ESH cannot accept responsibility for any costs or damages incurred by late deliveries.
EU and Non EU Orders
Carriage is not calculated for EU and Non-EU countries. We will contact you after you have placed your order to quote the additional payment based on the size of the consignment ordered. You have the right to cancel your order should you not be happy with the final carriage cost.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day subject to stock. Next day services should also be considered to run as from the next working day.
- Claims for damage or non-functionality must be made within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
- Claims for mis-shipping must be made to ESH Trace Heating Ltd within 7 days.
- You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made, or delayed by you at delivery.
- Items in stock will normally be dispatched for next business day delivery, and should be to a maximum of 7 days, if after 7 days we still have not dispatched your order you will have the option to cancel your order.
- We do make every effort to deliver your order on time however, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this service and therefore cannot be held responsible for any cost incurred due to a late/failed delivery.
Performance Prevented or Hindered
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in carrying out its obligations which is caused wholly or partly by reason of act of God, delay in transportation, labour disputes, fire, flood, war, accident, Government action, inability to obtain adequate labour, materials, manufacturing facilities or energy, or any other cause beyond the Company's control or that of its servants or agents.
